What you can expect during a learning expedition

Design and Development of the Program

  • Implementation several months before the visit, ensuring the program and visits are the most relevant to the chosen topics.
  • Orchestration of the program and management of priorities based on locations to visit, distances, and schedule constraints.
  • Development of an initial general conference on Florida, Miami, and key industries.
  • Preparation of the content for meetings and visits.
  • Organization of a roundtable with key industry players.
  • Organization of a networking event with the French-American community.

Content Creation & Writing

  • Drafting of a document in French or English presenting the mission to participants.
  • The roadbook details the program, stages, and introduces each meeting and visit as an individual article.
  • Delivered in electronic format to the client, who prints it on-site for distribution to participants during the trip.

Mission Coordination

  • Synchronization of professional meetings and company visits.
  • Optional: Continuous support of the delegation from arrival in the U.S. until departure.

OPTIONAL: Logistics Organization and Service Provider Coordination

  • Negotiation and coordination of all on-site arrangements (excluding air transport): accommodation, catering, transport by minibus or car, and entertainment reservations.
  • Selection, briefing, and coordination of the interpreter for common meetings.
  • Coordination of audio equipment rental when necessary.
